Shipping & Returns

Good news. Ground shipping (3-5 business days) within the continental US is FREE for artworks 40 inches and smaller. For purchases of artwork larger than 40 inches the studio will reach out to you with a shipping rate quote...we will work with you to make everything smooth and simple. For purchases of large and extra large stretched canvas works, a custom crate will be built and we will contact you to make delivery arrangements.

Please Note: Artworks are carefully packaged to order, which means we require one to two business days for fulfillment (and lets face it, building a crate takes time!)  as a result, delivery may take anywhere from 5 to 7 business days to arrive depending on the size of the artwork. Don't worry, we will keep you informed along the way and we will expedite your order as quickly as possible.

Delivery & Damaged Packages

If you accept a damaged package from the carrier service, the studio does not offer refunds or exchanges. This means, before signing and receiving the package, please carefully inspect it for any signs of damage. If you notice damage, refuse the package or let the carrier be aware of your acceptance with reservations and contact the studio immediately. Damaged parcels and artwork need to be returned within 3 calendar of receipt and your purchase will be refunded in full.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are returning artwork over $200, use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The studio does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns & Refunds

The studio does not offer refunds or returns for artwork purchases. All sales are final, unless the artwork was damaged during shipping (see the information above about damaged parcels). Computers can display colors differently from device to device if you are not certain about colors in the artwork, please ask the studio for additional photos and we will be delighted to share. We want you to feel happy and certain, don't be shy, ask us for video clips of the artwork in different lighting if it will help boost your certainty level...that's what we do!

Expedited Shipping

The studio at this time does not offer free expedited shipping rates.
